You can then begin storing work-related files and documents in this secure location, where they will be saved on a daily basis. You can access the storage space from any device that is connected to the UNIGE IT network, either on campus or elsewhere, using a secure VPN and internet connection. It is also possible to sync and share your space with other devices, colleagues or groups through the cloud.

In addition, all UNIGE members have the OneDrive cloud storage solution. This personal space is synchronized with a local copy on their workstation, whether UNIGE or private on different equipment, particularly for remote access and teleworking. OneDrive is dedicated to personal documentation.

Sharing documentation with other teams or between colleagues relies on SharePoint or Teams technologies.
