The Bastion service allows digital service managers to provide remote access to their partners so that they can access UNIGE servers securely (strong MFA authentication) from the internet without having to expose them directly (public IP). The Bastion service helps respond to remote maintenance, support and remote installation assistance through SSH and RDP protocols.

The Bastion service also includes an audit component through the weekly usage reports for managers of the target service.
