Once you have paid your tuition fees, you can view and download proof of semester registration in  PDF format by semester, for up to 20 previous semesters.

When you leave the university, you will have access to a certificate attesting to this status, which you can view and download from the same page in the portal until you no longer have access to your account.

Your proof of enrollment is not accessible via the UNIGE portal. The admissions office sends this document to the email address you used to apply once your registration is confirmed (be sure to check in your spam if you cannot find it).
