UNIGE’s financial management software offers a payroll tool, SAP-HR, for authorized users.

Based on information provided by the human resources department, SAP-HR can be used to manage and pay employee salaries with university, Swiss National Science Foundation, and temporary Canton of Geneva Department of Education funding.

Using the service

• To request access to SAP and get help installing the software on your work computer, contact the finance department. Once your request is approved, the IT support technician from central services will install the SAP software on your machine (macOS or Windows).
