The open archive is the digital repository for scientific publications and records at the University of Geneva.

The archive was developed as a way to collect, preserve, and make UNIGE professors’ and researchers’ work more accessible. Submitting your publications (e.g. scientific articles, books, PhD dissertations, conference proceedings, reports, etc.) makes your research more visible within the scientific community.

The open archive website guides you through the submission process according to the type of publication you wish to submit. Requests are processed by the library’s Scientific Information department (DIS).

Users can also generate bibliographies, create alerts, and consult various publishers’ open-archive policies on the website.
